BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ OUR COVID-19 GUIDELINES BELOW...
To ensure that we follow the government
guidelines and to minimise the risk of the virus spreading we have had to
change the way all users use the hall.
Please be assured that this is to keep everyone safe and limit the risk
Please provide a brief risk assessment
to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, just stating how you intend to keep your group
safe throughout the hiring of the hall.
We have had to keep to specific hiring times,
which means that you will be unable to set up earlier or pack away later, than
the time you booked the hall. We have
allowed 15 minutes after your booking time for you to sanitise the areas that
have been used. For example, if you
have booked from 4.00 to 6.00 you will not be allowed into the hall until 4.00
and will have to vacate it at 6.15.
Social distancing rules apply within the
Sanitising door handles and any hall
equipment used before leaving the hall.
Toilet handles to be wiped down by
individuals who use them.
Only two people in the kitchen at one time.
Tea towels/ table
cloths/ any material to be brought in by the user and taken away again.
By hiring the hall you are
agreeing to the above new conditions.

thank you for your continued support and hopefully these small changes will
have a limited impact on your activities.
NOTE: All bookings must be made using an official booking form. The booking form is part of our Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions which should be read prior to booking. Please download our Hire Agreement and then complete and return Page 2 (Hire Agreement Booking Form).
